HOME/ HOTEL VISIT RESERVATION POLICY
- I understand that I must shoulder my Practitioner's two-way transportations including toll gate fees.
- I agree to pay the reservation fee of PHP500 after my appointment is confirmed, it is payable via safe online money transfer thru PayPal (+PHP250) or through Globe Gcash, or through online bank deposit via BDO, Metrobank or BPI savings. The said reservation fee is deductible from the total amount of my treatment and refundable if I will cancel it 4 hours before my treatment.
